each potential copyright infringement is examined on a case-by-case basis and unless you are literally pasting an image taken directly from the game and making a buttload of money off of it nothing is gonna happen to you. drawing a picture of a character, which in this case is stylized to the point where it is only an inspired version, does not break any laws. my nationality has nothing to do with this so congratulations on making an arbitrary attempt at insulting me!
